Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Nimatletic order! Here’s how our returns and exchanges work.

🔄 Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • To start a return, contact us at nimatletic@gmail.com with your order number.

Important for international customers:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs fees are not refundable.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to avoid lost packages.

✨ Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.
  • International exchanges follow the same rules — return shipping is on the customer, and customs/duties are not refunded.

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we receive the package.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

❗ Non-returnable items

  • Sale items (unless defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items worn, washed, or altered

  • For international orders, please note:
    • Shipping times are longer.
    • Duties/customs are non-refundable.
    • Returns may take longer due to international transit.
